Those of you who know me know Im not a big fan of any 12 week challenge or diets or detox programs so why the 12 week challenge ?
Creating a metabolic environment in your body is the key to huge physique transformations that is life changing and when you do it continuously for 3 x months you also develop new habits and changes that will eventually allow you to create a metabolic fat burning environment and turn you into a fat burning machine not a fat storing machine this will eventually allow you to have and achieve a very flexible eating plan were no food is off limits and continue to get amazing results.
The 12 Week Challenge is an opportunity to put all those excuses in the bin and create the body you want. This isn’t just for new people and in fact the longer you have been training the easier it will be to tweak some small changes for huge results. If your feeling like you’ve hit a wall this is the opportunity to ignite that metabolism and motivation , get your diet consistent so your nourishing your body accordingly up your sessions so your doing atleast 3 – 4 sessions a week and reap the rewards because not only will you get amazing results you will then maintain and improve on those results through out the year. This is the opportunity to get into your best condition yet and I have and will be programming the sessions accordingly for maximum results.
Phase 1 – Strength Phase in progress ( 4 x weeks )
Phase 2 – Hypertrophy-Specific Training Phase ( Extremely important phase which will be broken up into a 5 x day a week program and its recommended if you can atleast follow this phase of the training for 5 x days a week training for best results – its only 4 weeks )
Phase 3 – Conditioning Phase ( 4 X weeks )
