Everyone by now knows when it comes to achieving any goal worth anything in this world it requires work and self discipline , when it comes to health, fitness, strength and wellness its about incorporating a
lifestyle that reflects the results and goals you want or would like. Do it long enough , be consistent and persistent and you will ultimately achieve great results. Look for shortcuts become a recipe chaser pill popper or destroy your metabolism and you will struggle period.
Your attitude and Self Discipline has a huge bearing on your results and it will either make you or break you your choice.
I use to train 3 x men all in their late 50’s approx 15 years ago and recently met up with them for a coffee and now have become online clients. Everyone new them as the three amigos and they gave everyone in the gym cheek but their attitude, self discipline and mindset was unquestionable and I never heard a negative word come from their mouths about how they felt or about training in the 5 x years I trained them. If they heard someone complain about training or they wished they were still in bed they quickly reminded them that they should be careful what they wish for. The words you speak to yourself and to others are extremely powerful and you ultimately become the words you speak . Ask any sick person who is lying in bed what they would give for their health so don’t wish for things you don’t want and choose your words carefully. Get into a habit to never ever speak about what you don’t want but instead focus and speak about what you do want. This alone will make a huge difference in your life.
The truth is changing your lifestyle can be very hard: swallowing pills and potions is not. Changing your lifestyle requires commitment to the long-term: infomercial, magic solutions, does not.
Changing your lifestyle requires changing how you think and feel about things differently than you do already. Changing a lifestyle means eliciting help to get over the many hurdles and obstacles all along the way. Changing your lifestyle can often mean changing who you are or who you’ve come to be – or how you’ve come to be, and that can be very emotionally intimidating and overwhelming. Changing your life, changing your lifestyle, requires commitment and responsibility with a long-term vision for these two things as part of your character.
This requires ‘a willingness beyond willpower’. It requires being open to new experiences and openness to some rough back and forth patches all along the process. Real-world solutions require developing new habits and new skills – mentally, emotionally, and physically to support the new lifestyle change.
But the magic solution is better-suited to our rushed and frantic digital fantasy of childish impulse “want it now, have it now” at your fingertips, quick-fix solutions. The magic focus is never on the long-haul and all the changes that are truly required along the way.
No one achieves greatness without help , everyone needs coaching , everyone needs to be challenged in order to grow , no one knows everything and no one can become the very best version of themselves without help. I see people all the time that feel stuck , bored or lack motivation but there not willing to change themselves but instead search for things to blame and chase crazy theories. . Sometimes all the help and knowledge is at your fingertips and motivation never lasts , but self discipline , creating positive habits and action ultimately results in freedom. Control your mind and you will never suffer from lack of motivation
ever again. I can’t recall the last time I was motivated to brush my teeth but for some crazy reason I still do so I guess self discipline is the key ingredient to success and I have yet to see anyone achieve greatness without it

Why not Challenge yourself – try and implement a complete lifestyle change for 3 x months and see how that feels
Start by incorporating positive affirmations into your daily morning and night ritual
Get Hydrated drink lots of water , eat real whole foods and train 4 – 5 days a week for the next 3 months and see how that impacts your life.
You have nothing to lose and everything to gain and I’m happy to help you every step of the way and give you some guidance and tools to help you through it
