Hi all hope your all well and have had a great week and your all ready to have an amazing weekend.
First of all welcome to all the new people that have recently started to The Fitcorp Factory Family and I’m looking forward to helping you all achieve your
Fitness goals for 2016. I love the commitment and attitude everyone is bringing to the sessions , your all working hard yet as Raj keeps reminding us we can still smile and have a laugh with each other even at 5am 🙂 . I Love coming to training everyday and seeing you all and its such a positive and happy environment and only the people that train there can create that so for that I thank you all.
Its So important to live life to the fullest and never take it for granted and that includes the way you treat people you care about and love.
Take that extra bit of time to really listen to them, to live in the present , to enjoy their company to create long lasting memories. Don’t give up your time for toxic people remove them from your life and don’t try to understand them or worst still get into a debate or argue with stupid people , they will drag you down to their level and beat you with experience every single time. The way you wake up every morning will create the day you have , wake up grumpy or mad or angry and thats the sort of day your going to have . Start the day with gratitude, feeling strong , positive and in a state of self worth or Love and thats the sort of day your going to have, be friendly smile be polite especially if your about to go to the gym and always greet your coach with a smile and a hug 🙂
Enjoy your workout, give it all you got, create memories, cherish those special moments and pioneer the life you want with no regrets.
Ive often heard people use the word obsessive or finding a balance or moderation to make themselves feel better and feed their own insecurities about things they find hard to accomplish. To me fitness is a lifestyle and its just the way I live and I don’t even give it a second thought, some people might call me obsessive but I never feel like I’m going without or that Im missing out , I actually choose to live the way I do. I listen to my body and I just go with how I feel. Although I don’t include alcohol in my daily lifestyle doesn’t mean I don’t enjoy a drink from time to time , it doesn’t mean I don’t eat cake or sweets and ice cream, I enjoy all of those things + more but If I’m going to compete in body building or have made a commitment to play sport or have training the next day then thats a choice I’ve made and Im all in which means Im going to turn up in the best possible state I can for whatever Im about to do. Not only do I make a commitment to myself but to all my team mates, my gym mates , my coach, sponsors, organization and all the people that have supported and believed in me. To me anything else is just an excuse and sure I’ve still done all the right things and ended up on the losing side of the result on so many occasions but I have never once thought what a waste i should of gone drinking with the fellas or should of never wasted all those days training and dieting but the reverse ( not making any sacrifices or doing my very best ) would of left me in a state of regret. When you make that commitment to a goal get excited and passionate about it, be all in and have no regrets. This doesn’t mean your not going to stumble and sometimes fall because you will but when your all in your going to get back up again learn from your mistakes and move forward and that’s called progress.
Sometimes progress means you will go backwards to go forwards and thats fine in fact its fantastic as long as your learning the lessons that are being dealt to you and your becoming stronger as a result. Nothing great has ever being accomplished without adversity, “ character building doesn’t happen when things are easy and calm, only through experience of trial and suffering can the soul be strengthened, vision cleared, ambition inspired and success achieved.”
Don’t be afraid to fail Be afraid Not to Try because only through failure will you learn to succeed
On that note, enjoy your weekend make it special
and Ill see you at the Gym
