Nearly all aspects of our training and services contain some sort of strength and conditioning. Regardless of your current condition, everyone has that athlete inside them, and everyone gets to a point in their training were you can start to treat them like an athlete.

Strength and conditioning is essential to most sports and athletic performance such as speed, strength and power, and you can benefit from it whether you’re a stay at home mum, weekend warrior or love hanging out in nature surfing, riding, rock climbing, or just living life.

At the Fitcorp Factory many of the programs incorporate a strength and conditioning phase which not only develops strength, movement, flexibility and speed but helps reduce injuries especially for those people that are prone to injuries due to certain imbalances or weak points.

Strength and conditioning training is a great way to improve your overall health and physique and a great way to increase your metabolism which is the key to getting and staying lean.

Our strength and conditioning plans incorporate and take into account aerobic capacity, anaerobic recovery, resistance training, and flexibility.

Depending on your goals, different parameters are used for different clients and things like duration, frequency, the type of exercise, volume rest period, frequency and intensity, depending on your needs.
