One thing that is becoming extremely clear is the link between exercise and wellness even before your conceived till old age . Scientific studies continue to show how important exercise is to our overall health and quality of life.
In the weekends Sydney Telegraph there was an article showing scientific studies have proven that the health of your child is determined before it’s even conceived. The majority of the health problems our kids of today have got and will have as they age could of been avoided or prevented if the parents followed a healthy lifestyle before they conceived. The environment you create in your body over a year before you conceive will determine many health factors which will effect your un born child, It determines the state and health of your sperm and eggs which in turn has a huge impact on what health issues your child could face.
The environment once your child is born in, then determines such things as tt’s belief system , programming , lifestyle choices it makes , attitude, how it views the world and so much more.
You have a much bigger influence on not only your own health but your children’s health and well being than your realise.
Doctors are now urging people to train atleast 5 x days a week and follow a healthy lifestyle more than a year before conceiving and are encouraging them to eat all food groups including , nuts and gluten to decrease the chances of your child having a intolerance to them.
The media and junk science has contributed in creating a fear of certain foods like carbs and gluten and it is starting to backfire and we are now having more obesity , gut problems and heart problems than ever before. The only thing it has managed to achieve is to create a fear amongst you the consumer which was its objective and create a industry for more pharmaceutical products, supplements , and magic potions.
We are getting sicker and becoming so lazy which is why most people don’t train and has nothing to do with time, health or genetics.
Another study which I included a quote from as below was forwarded to me by a lovely lady shows the link between loss of muscle mass as you age and Dimentia. To put a long story short the studies showed that their is a link between maintaining muscle mass and brain shrinkage or brain ageing as we get older. , The more muscle mass older people loss was associated with the death of neural tissue or brain shrinkage which in turn is associated with the onset of dementia So if you want to avoid dementia lift those weights.
“Pumping iron could be one of the keys to lowering dementia risk as you get older, according to a groundbreaking study led by the Australian National University.Lead researcher Dr Marnie Shaw said the study found a link between body mass index and brain shrinkage among those aged in their 60s and early 70s.
“Preliminary results from our research indicate that it’s important for people in later years to go to the gym to maintain a healthy weight and not lose their muscles,” she added.”
As you can see Exercise and especially weight training is extremely important to your health and vitality and many diseases can be avoided with good lifestyle choices.
It’s not about a goal or a date its about making it a lifestyle and the goal is the process and the process is the goal . Fall in love with the process and all the results will be a by product of the all the choices you make , One life Once change don’t fuck it up
