Hope your all well and enjoying the week .
You don’t have to wait till spring to de clutter your home and sometimes the clutter is in your mind the people you hang out with or the things you do that no longer serve you.
Keeping your mind clear having clarity being healthy , fit and strong all work parallel to one another . Exercising is one of my favorite ways to de-stress. Releasing physical energy helps you to let loose and ultimately organize and/or declutter your mind. Getting outdoors amongst nature and meditation are also a great way to clear your mind .
Declutter your relationships. Step back and take a hard look at who is in your life and why.and that includes social media . I know people that spend more time on their social media friends than they do their own personal relationships . It’s mind boggling to care so much about people that would never inconvenience themselves to help you yet you care so much about impressing them with perception and in the process neglecting those around you that care and really love you .
Some factors that you may want to consider
Are they mutual relationships? Is there give and take? Do they make you a priority in their lives? If that is the case, keep them and cherish them. However, if they are the type of people who never make time for you, always cancel plans, make you feel bad about yourself, and only take, but never give to the relationship, it is time to consider their role in your life, and if you benefit from being part of it.
Ideally you want real, solid friends in your life who are genuine, authentic and have your best interests at heart.
“No” is one of the most important words we can speak to declutter our lives. Say “no” to mediocre and average and pretty good things so that you can say “yes” to the best things. Never feel pressured into doing things that you don’t want to do or that disempowers you like drinking to much , taking drugs or doing anything that is not in line with who you are or want to be
Life is to short to waste your energy on meaningless things . Chase the things that are really important to you , chase your dreams and have a go and never give up . Better to fail and try than never try at all and don’t ever strive for perfection or on being perfect
Perfection is not attainable. The quest for perfection leaves a trail or tears that clutters our lives with feelings of hopelessness and failure. You aren’t perfect. So stop trying to attain the unattainable. Focus on the next step. Concentrate on development. Celebrate your progress toward your challenging, yet achievable goals.
Newsflash – You will never completely declutter your mind or your life. Life will keep throwing clutter your way. But, don’t let the clutter accumulate. Keep decluttering. Forgiving yourself and others. Connecting to people , nature and your faith or beliefs whatever that may be. Saying “no” to less important things. Living in the moment. Having the tough conversations. having a just show up attitude and concentrating on daily progress.
We are all a work in progress so thrive to become the very best version of yourself that you can and get rid or avoid any toxic things people or situations. Clear your mind, have clarity remove the thoughts that no longer serve you and replace them with voices and thoughts that will empower you . Life is short but can be long and happiness is a choice that is not only attainable but your god given right. Love with all your heart and never stop chasing your dreams .
As always take care and Ill see you in the gym
