Everyone’s Fitness journey is unique to them No ones is the same
So why do we put labels on them and call them all by name
Some people have succeeded and come out the other side
While others have failed miserably and look for someplace else to hide
The journey has little to do with the body and everything to do with the mind
When you look at all successful transformations there is a trend that you will find
It’s your mindset that’s the driver as your body just reacts
To the messages it’s receiving and that’s a proven fact
The body doesn’t make decisions it doesn’t do things for you
Without the mind to drive it there is nothing it can do
The choices you make , the actions you take create habits from the mind
Your fears , values goals and expectations are some challenges you will find
All these things considered will effect how you look at exercise and food
It will have a huge impact on you , whether you become a warrior or just a dude
Body transformations are from the inside out regardless of what you know
When your strong within success will come and that is how you grow
